I was stayed for 3 months at the hotel the maitance where very nice to me and first I was in room 144 then I had to move to the 3 floor in room 305 and my uncle also staying at the place but the maid that works down stair and up stairs sometimes I had only had markers and other things in my hand and she went and lied to the manager of the hotel and no body even came and talk to me about the issue at hand and the same day she did all of this she told me that we don't do that around here and when I asked her what was she talking about she walked away from and what she said I had I didn't have and i don't appreciate her lieing own me and bad mouthing meanother thing I caught the flu and the head cold all together so I rested so I could get to feel better and my room was a not that clean a

The location is not bad but far from great. The room was clean and updated. We stayed for 1 week. The manager, Kimball was extremely nice when we met and looked at the rooms. Our plan was to stay here for an extended time ( several months). We checked in on Saturday and the ac was not working properly so we had to sweat it out till Monday afternoon seeing that the office is closed on Sundays. Kimball, was not very friendly at all about our situation even telling us that the ac was supposed to work this way. I have been a technician for 31 years so I informed him that the ac was not supposed to turn off while the room got to 78 degrees before it attempted to cool it back off and then he noticed I had a camera in the room. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had staying somewhere. I booked here to stay local to the area while I’ve dealt with some things and work before I move all the way back home. From the moment I got to the hotel I should have known to find somewhere else for my family and I to go. I booked a particular room online and when I got there they didn’t have it available I had to take the only room that I was told they had. They were actually decent besides the tv’s and not having an oven but I can make anything work. But what I can’t make work is being targeted and harassed by whoever is in the area causing chaos. It has potential to be great, however, some rooms have roach infestations. I had to relocate to another room due to problem. The good thing is they will let you view the room first before moving inside but I didn't notice how bad it would be. The staff were very accommodating/helpful and moved me to a better room on 3rd floor which I didn't see any roaches. It's no smoking but soon as staff leaves at 7 p.m people come out to hang and smoke. They should change pest control with Orkin because apparently its not good if they have to come out so often. Also, someone tried to break into my daughter Kia and broke the door latch on the outside. I didn't have any issues with my vehicle being outside. manage Nikolett? She’s about to get you a lawsuit. Yesterday, she deleted our folio and even gave someone our room key to access our room. She said he was maintenance, but when I opened the door and asked who he was, he said he was “here to see if you checked out.” Today, she called the police and lied, saying we hadn’t paid and demanding we be removed for nonpayment. Everything is recorded. This is the fourth police report documenting her behavior. My payment was valid through 2/2/2026, and she still called the sheriff, saying if we didn’t leave, we would be arrested. She even sent the housekeeper up today to check if we were still here. I told the housekeeper what was happening, and they said, “Oh my God, I don’t want anything to do with that. I’m just doing what she told me to do.” T
