InTown Suites Extended Stay Indianapolis IN - I-70/Post Road

Went to check in and manager (Demetrius) was not in office. Manager finally showed up 30 minutes later with 8 people waiting before me. Informed some of us that needed to check in that there was an hour or more wait until a room was available. While he informed me of the check-in process and I asked questions he stated a one point that “ I don’t think your listening to me”as if I were his child. Didn’t reply because I was tired from working all night and had not been to sleep. As we spoke I informed him that I had booked the room the prior day and had to wait until that day because the person who would have to check me in was not available to do so because of a death in the family. Stayed here just to get a peace of mind when I needed it. I don’t recommend at all.. bed had pee stains other than that the room was clean! Air conditioner did leak. Them premium room was okay! Their very strict and police comes damn near everyday.. The manager thinks it’s her company when she is just an an employee and don’t even have the brains of having her own business. I never had an issue with the employees but one when I was walking in with my liquor container going to my room. But that wasn’t an issue.. I wasn’t worried about that ! I seen them talk to other people very rude!!! People that’s in need.. they are taking their job title to serious.. they are just employees. That’s it that’s all. Was under the impression that the rooms were newly renovated as shown in the pictures on the website not sure if we just got a really bad room but it was horrible looked literally nothing like what was advertised. All the furniture looked like it was taken out of random dumpsters, the bathroom was so gross we tried to bleach the shower floor but stains would not come out, the chairs had rips and holes in them, little roaches everywhere and the bedding looking like it was from 1950 we ended up putting our own bedding to feel more comfortable sleeping in the bed and showered with flipflops on but definitly wouldn't stay there again for $300 a week. other people who were staying also looked really scary or strung out on something on and I did not feel safe we also heard non stop moaning from

I had a great stay here all of the staff were very friendly to me and I had no disruptions. It was very easy to get ahold of staff. Whoever runs this place clearly does a great job in making this a great environment. These staff are good, rooms are good. Shoutout to the GM for helping me get booked into here. The GM was awesome.

This place is awesome clean establishment the rooms are deep cleaned and the staff is very knowledgeable professional and Understanding . The Management there is Great and the Gm Ms.Colline is Professional and Understanding down to earth and keep the building in Order safe and up to date The Maintenance there is outstanding and housekeeping is aswell. So People if your ever inn town please visit inn town suites on post road you will get a piece of mind there and it is very affordable in prices and the Extended stays are great in prices aswell 👍. Trust me you won't regret visiting this hotel. 💯 😃 😊
