InTown Suites Extended Stay Indianapolis IN - College Park/Michigan Road

I Got a room with this Intown Suites location and it’s very accommodating. So far no bugs and I have been here for 2 weeks now. All appliances work properly. Just make sure you do your own cleaning and washing before use of things. Great customer service from the front desk. She has great communication skills. Cleaners really clean up and move things out the way to wipe, sweep and spray things down and replace sheets and pillow cases if needed. This was perfect for me and my 2 girls while we are transitioning into moving into an apartment or new home here soon. In the meantime I’m able to work from home here with the great free WiFi they provide. I am still able to take my girls to school and have a schedule and somewhere stable to be while we are in the moving process.

There is a lot of ilegal activity going on at this hotel. People coming in and out at all hours of the night buying drugs. A gang of young kids walking in the hotel looking for drugs and asking for money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It's a very noisy hotel. People yelling and banging on the walls. People talking very loud and drunk walking in the hallway. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I've been here for a little over a month. I find the staff and management to be friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and all the appliances work. I also like the laundry room being available 24/7, they keep the place clean and easily accessible.

Housekeeping is on point with a consistent cleaning schedule. Maintenance does things in a timely manner. Rooms are better than some other locations I have stayed at. Staff is people person friendly. All around not disappointed in choosing this location to stay

Me and my family are still there and I will say the same thing that I have said before. Amazing management and amazing people and very clean and quiet and convenient for shopping or anything you need. All staff are amazing and very helpful. Me and my family have had nothing but the best experience at this hotel and we thank all staff for being so amazing and helpful and nice.
