InTown Suites Extended Stay Greenville NC

The room didn't have heat, and didn't have hot water. It had a roaches infestation from the top to the bottom. Big dead ones on the floor and many many live ones from the entrance to the rear wall. It smelled like death, bathroom door was kicked in with bullet holes in the wall with clear tape over them. Very scary, unsafe, and inhumane conditions. I paid them $338 and they refunded me half of that? I didn't book a room with bullet holes, roaches,no heat, and no hot water. They did apologize to me and that is good but I will never stay there ever again it was HORRIBLE.

Stayed here in September probably the worst stay ever but if you need to complain here is the number 770-799-5172 manager is very rude

I stay there this week me and my disabled husband had VA pay room for week cause us homeless and my husband is disabled from navy. Lady who manages it was rude and they always fighting with ppl rent rooms. They mainly have there family and friends stay there is you not one them don't fit in or have great stay. They always listen at doors .had roaches in room and spiders. No handicap help had go up two set stairs get our room. Workers take up handicap spots outside not being handicap. No one there Sunday if anyone needs help with rooms. Our shower was broke. This place is not worth 500 a week and if not there family or friends stay away

Positive: I was not able to stay because it was not safe or handicapped accessible Negative: The only positive about the hotel was the closeness to the hospital

I've been here for 1 month. Property Manager, Maintenance, and Housekeeping are all wonderful! It's peaceful and quiet without disturbances... my stay has been wonderful this entire time. I want to say thank you Intown Suites for treating me well while I'm in a new city.
