InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Lauderdale FL

Im never the type of person to write reviews but this hotel pissed me off. I made a deposit February 25th to stay at In-Town Suites (8191 West Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33351) from Feb 27th- March 6th. Upon me arriving the day of my check in at 11am I was informed at the front desk that they had no vacancy for me. I was disappointed because I had already made the deposit and was counting on being able to stay there. However, I did not complain or argue and simply asked if there would be any other vacancies later in the day. The young lady at the desk told me it was not likely. So I left and started to look for another place that my 70 year old father and I could stay. Hello, I went to your site to rent me a room in a hotel in fort lauderdale from February 18 to 25, 2023. When I chose the hotel, I was redirected to their site, the Intown Suites Extended Stay has Tamarac Fort Lauderdale and I unfortunately didn't notice that I was renting direct from the hotel and not going through Trivago.I had to stay the night of the 18th because I had nowhere else to go that night, the couch and chairs were so dirty I didn't even put my suitcase on them, the bed, the mattress was at least 30 years old and completely finished with finished springs that made noise when I sat on the bed, I tried|to sleep the night of the 18th but i couldn't and i hurt my back trying i even had to go see a chiropractor after the night i was in that bed they had a kitchen but not even a gl

I've been here a week and may need to stay for 3 more weeks. The room is clean, the General Manager and her staff are very responsive and overall the place is safe. Laundry is on-site for a reasonable price and parking is plentiful. For the weekly rate, this is a good deal.

I just moved in 2 days ago and I must say, the staff is friendly and the room is great. Its clean and quiet here and I do plan on staying for an extended period of time. Love the location as well.

terrible hotel and the manager is horrible her name is jessica. I wish they would fire her along with the house keeping lady how they treated me and my 3 year old autistic child and kicked us out of hotel right before christmas 2023 just because i was cooking him food and didn't want the cleaning lady to spray chemicals over my food. They like to kicked many people out so they do not stay long term for months or years and people be doing drugs there and have overdose and died in the rooms. Trust you don't ever want to stay there with the mold and roaches and terrible service.
