If you get a room here, make sure to ask for a room away from the pool. The noise transmits through the vents and you can hear everyone clear as day. There was a group of adults that sat out by the pool laughing and hollering until 2:15 am when my boys and I were trying to get ready for their games the next day. They may have well been in our room with us. Also, don't expect staff to go above and beyond, or to do anything for you for that matter. I asked the front desk if they had scissors and without getting up, the lady said, "No, I'm not sure where they are." The pull-out sofa beds are what nightmares are made of. I'll need regular traction to recover from 3 nights sleeping on it. Only stayed hear because it was part of the tournament hotel group.

I recently took my wife on vacation last week, since this is our second time staying with Comfort Inn & Suites Orlando near Sawgrass Express Way in Tamarc, FL; I have to admit that one of our best experiences we ever had. For starters the accommodations they make for ADA guests(disabilities with wheelchairs) is amazing! The ADA rooms are spacious and the low showers with bench come with the room. They do provide free hot breakfast, coffee, tea etc. from 6am-9am M-F, Sat & Sun 6am-10am. The management and all staff members are very courteous, friendly and professional individuals. I have to admit, the newly redesigned lobby is welcoming and gives looks modern, art deco and luxurious. We plan to stay with them again and strongly suggest!

Some of the information shows that this property has a hot tub. That is no longer the case and should be updated. I booked this hotel because of that feature. If I had known it did not have a hot tub, I would have booked elsewhere. I only stayed here one night and would not have wanted to stay more than that length. ||Others that say the hotel wasn't great have opinions that I agree with. The area around the hotel seemed ok, but some of the clientele there seemed a bit sketchy. I am guessing that this could be becasue the hotel had a low price.

Multiple BUGS in room (415). They were crawling on the bed, behind the bed and on the counter near the microwave. Let me start by saying my family and I are campers. So bugs are not really an issue. When you are lying on your bed and get bitten and then see what you believe to be possibly a bed bug, that's where I drawl the line. The documentation below was part of what I sent to the General Manager Andrea Samaroo, along with photos of the bugs and hairs and dried spilled liquid behind the bed, etc: Upon entering our room we were surprised by the general unclean appearance and poor maintenance of the room. The front desk team were exceptionally friendly, efficient and helped us with our late check-in request. Every staff member that we met during our stay were very attentive and never failed to impress and acknowledge us all the time.
