Front desk woman is an absolute nightmare. Housekeeping is trash. Walls were dirty. Water barely ran. Never again. The photos of the rooms are definitely not accurate. Floors were dirty. All around horrible experience. ZERO STARS.

I don’t recommend staying here at all! Kimberlee’s customer service is atrocious and yet there are multiple reviews saying the same thing and yet she is still working here. Not only is she not willing to listen to the guest and allow them to ask anything she automatically gets defensive and starts being rude about it. We had paid for until Sunday and needed clarification as to why information we were told we’re good then to be told we are no longer good and need to pay for an additional night. When asking for the clarification she one did not allow me to finish talking which in any customer service acknowledgement you know to let the guest speak, understand and be empathetic to find a solution. After their website double-booked me, the customer service told me that only the front desk could cancel the extra booking and that it was at their discretion. When I talked to the front desk, they told me that if I did not use at least one of the bookings, they would charge a cancellation fee. Ok, that's reasonable. When I actually showed up at the hotel, they told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee for cancelling either booking. I told them that of course I was not paying a cancellation fee. At this point, the scammer scum employee that runs this hotel told me to leave. They haven't charged me anything yet, and I locked my credit card. I will report it as fraud if they do. Do not stay here.

All and all, not too bad. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and it was fairly clean. The bad things, the carpet needs to go, it was dirty and they said they cleaned once a week, we'll, they did take out the trash once a week. I don't think they did much else. It is in a pretty good location. I stayed about 6 weeks, never had any trouble and the laundry room was nice. I would stay again if I need to.

They are scammers and thieves if you look at our pictures they stole $965 If you see the receipt says we were good until March 24th 2026 and a woman by the name Jay scratched it out and turned it to February 27th. We have already contacted attorneys and police. We recommend you do not stay here for your safety and your protection as we are not the only ones that's happened to here.
