InTown Suites Extended Stay Bowling Green KY

Got a standard king, not the upgraded room because it was cheaper. It was clean comfortable and decent sized, staff was friendly and explained everything well. The room is a little dark, maybe the upgraded rooms are brighter, but that's the only real complaint I have.

Booked as part of a package. I don't have words on how bad this place is. But I will try to list:||||1. They only clean once per week. But when I checked in, it looks more like, they just do not clean (see pictures). Had to change room twice before I finally gave up and realized this was their lack of standards. Walls had food and other remnants and under bed was all sorts of food and other items.||||2. Reception only works a few hours a day. Outside of that, you are basically screwed.||||3. I ran out of toilet tissue. Response: GUESTS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN!||||4. When they cleaned my room the following week, they did not change the towels, and I was told I must wash the towels myself. ||||5. If you need internet, you may as well as forget it. Speed set so slow that one cannot do

I moved to Kentucky from out of state. I researched for an extended stay hotel suite I could afford, and I came across this place. My room was clean from day 1, and a cleaning lady comes once a week to maintain that standard. I have not seen 1 bug, which a few would be normal. I believe it is the combination of ensuring cleanliness and performing monthly professional bug treatments. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and if you communicate any issue than they immediately address said issue. I've spent roughly 2 weeks in a different extended stay hotel near Louisville. On a monthly basis, it would have cost $600-$700 more. There were more than a few bugs in my room, dirty (no cleaning lady), and loud both day and all night long. I'm blessed I found this hotel. The front desk lady was amazing! She was so sweet and explained everything any questions I had she answered. The room is just what I was looking for and I love that it’s like a studio apartment so I can cook in my room and not spending the extra money on fast food
