Highly recommend! The front desk staff were extremely nice, and offered complimentary champagne! The rooms were a bit larger than other hotels I have stayed in the Chelsea area. The fridge had a variety of complimentary water, soda, etc. The lobby had a wonderful scent, but not overpowering. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a pleasant time here. It was so accommodating and held very high standards on guest services. Will definitely visit and stay here again. Shout out to Felipe and Carla from The Wilson restaurant for wonderful service and giving me the tour of the restaurant. And Tiffany from front desk is sweet and inviting. Truly loved it here

Positive: Location, aesthetic, staff Negative: The Family Loft is just two adjoining rooms, not a “loft.” The pictures and description led me to believe I was paying the kind of money I was (almost $---) for a much for spacious and well thought out place.

We had one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The atmosphere is young, welcoming, design-driven, and genuinely comfortable. Denise, Fior, and Angela truly embody what great hosts should be, warm, attentive, and effortless in their communication. Everything felt seamless from start to finish.||We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the facilities were modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It honestly felt unreal to have such a high-quality experience at a price we could afford in New York.||The location couldn’t be better, close to everything we needed and just steps from the subway. We even enjoyed a lovely complimentary wine tasting, which was a great touch. We’ll absolutely be back on our next trip to New York.

This was a fantastic location...Just a few blocks in either direction to the subway. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holiday and it smelled incredible. While not a fan of the bathroom shower stall kind of being visible from the rest of the room..I was fine with it as it was only me. However for familys...not sure if the set up is different as you can pretty much see into the shower from the rest of the room. The room was spacious and I loved the free drinks in the fridge. There was plenty of storage as well. The music playing throughout was also great for city vibes. The attached restaurant while very cozy was just okay at best.
