We had a wonderful experience with the location, accommodations, and staff! This resort is on the smaller side, but it’s beautifully maintained and perfectly situated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family trip (with adult children) was in November, and although it was quite chilly and some local spots were closed for the season, there was still plenty to do for those who love the outdoors. We visited the Nobska Lighthouse and soaked in its stunning views, hiked a scenic trail, strolled through Coonamessett Farms, and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at Cape Cod Winery—not to mention browsing the charming shops on Main Street. This resort is on the ocean. Easy access in the morning or evening for Sunrise or Sunset pictures. No driving necessary for picture taking. Clean rooms and friendly staff. All appliances were clean and in working condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Came during off season, wasn't allowed to cook on the grill. Hostess told me she would dump water on my 100$ worth of steaks at 10 pm moments after I put them on. We even used a foil catalyst for our charcoal to avoid making the grills dirty or greasy. Ended up cooking on my tailgate in -5 degrees. "Suite" rooms were small, beds were old, pool and "hottub" were freezing and not even warm, room stank. super outdated. Zero stars if possible. Don't recommend unless you only care about seeing the water, which we couldn't really see. Steaks came out great btw

Can’t beat the location! The property is really clean and well-maintained. My kids had so much fun swimming in the pool, playing at the beach right across the street and playing at the awesome playground. All of the people at the front office are so friendly and helpful - especially Jack. The only thing that was disappointing was the wifi. The signal was so weak we all of us could only get one bar and even that one bar kept going in and out. We ended up having to use cellular data instead of the wifi. Also, no dryer which kinda sucked to have wet bathing suits and no way to dry them. I’d definitely stay again regardless!

We absolutely love this place. Stayed there several times in the past. The location is literally across the street from the ocean! The service is 👍 great. Anything you need ,they help get it. I gave the room a 4 because the bed was very bumpy and the pullout couch bed was awful. I think there are newer parts of the resort that are better,because we never had that experience with the beds before. Just don't stay in the rooms numbered 410- 420 for that reason.
