Carleton Circle Motel Falmouth

Over the years, I have stayed at the Carleton Circle Motel. With every stay, I truly leave there fully, relaxed. Cape cod is beautiful all year round with it's beaches and scenery.The motel is very, convenient to easily access the Cape and all it has to offer.Give the Motel a try Mike McLaughlin Rn

We made a list minute trip to Mashpee, however, all the usual places we stay were sold out. This place was a last ditch effort, and we were pleasantly surprised. The price was half what we would have paid elsewhere. The room I stayed in was recently renovated, so ask to see if they have one available. I assume by others' comments that they are not all complete yet. We stayed in unit #35. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful even though we arrived late evening. The pool was not working when we stayed and I'm not sure what their plans are with that. I prefer the beach, so it did not bother me. I liked the location--more of a country location, but still close to the main drive. The rooms are not completely soundproof as it is an older building, so visitors should be respectful

The good: It was affordable for the area and the front desk guy was very nice, polite and helpful. Beautiful garden outside to look at. The bad: Stained rugs, beds are like sleeping on the hard stone, pillows are sad, black mold in a/c unit, and the place just is really run down. You would think for nearly 200 a night they could at least maintain it. I did check for bed bugs and none were found thank you Jesus. I stayed here once but will not be returning.

I was in desperate need of one room with a king bed for me and my fiancé late last night after attending a wedding and then being told by a different hotel they had “lost our reservation” even though my fiancé called the day before the wedding to confirm. That’s a different story. When we called the Carleton circle the owner answered and was immediately very rude and gave me the impression he didn’t want to rent us a room. This place was literally the only motel from hyannis to wareham with an open room and it was 11:30pm after an entire wedding so we chose to ignore his attitude and rented the room anyways. On the phone he told my fiancé it would be $125 for the night and when we got there he demanded $199. At this point we were so exhausted and just wanted to get out of our wedding attir

Bedsheets were clean, but starting to show their age with slight tears. Bathroom was clean except for some grout stains near the bottom of tub. Towels were clean. Pillows were fairly misshapen and poor support; would recommend to bring your own if that is an issue. The outside view of the rooms in the back of the motel is not the best, (needs exterior work) but the inside is renovated and clean. Air conditioning worked just fine and no issues with cold/hot water supply. For the price paid in the high season it is worth it if you don't need any fancy amenities and just want a quiet place to sleep.
