Inn @ Clemson

Stayed here for a night about 4 months ago and the first room they gave us didn't have functional ac and smelled musty. Thankfully they were at least accommodating enough to give us a different room with ac. The staff were all fairly nice but that's as good as it gets. All the TV's just have regular outdated cable which isn't the end of the world but I've seen plenty of hotels with fully functional smart TV's. We had a nice view of the top of some other building from the window. The beds had stains. The toilet barely worked and shower head was sketchy. And to top it all off, the next morning i went to open the curtains and saw a bunch of multi color mold all over the ac unit. I asked for a refund and they said they could only do 50% and it would go to Booking.com Got in touch with b

I'd heard that this wasn't the best place to stay before, and the reviews online were mixed. I can only speak from my experience, but my stay was perfectly fine. Is it a five-star resort, no. The building and rooms are showing their age, but that was really the only problem I ever had while spending two nights over a spring weekend. The room was clean and comfortable; the staff were nice; the area was safe; there were no disturbances from other guests. It satisfied my requirement - a safe bed to sleep in at night. That's all I needed.

The staff here is amazing! They were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Chastity at the front desk even opened breakfast back up for us after it was closed which was very sweet! The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Location is very close to downtown and a ton of restaurants. Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you to everyone!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY ARE NOT WELCOMING TO AFRICAN AMERICANS OR TO ANYONE FROM THE LGBT COMMUNITY!!!!!!!! My family and I traveled from North Carolina to stay at the Inn at Clemson. We booked a room online and checked into the hotel and stayed there for 1 night out of 2 after we were kicked out of the hotel. After staying ONE NIGHT!! Me and my family woke up the next morning ate their breakfast and was out of the hotel by 11am. We returned to the hotel around 8pm at night where we started to experience difficulties with the room key. I took the room key to the front desk and ask them if there was something was wrong with the key. The man at the front desk went on to tell me that hotel management has decided to kick me and my family out due to a weed smell coming from the room!!! Nobody i
