Inn at Snowshoe

Just finished a school trip here with 36 students and the staff were absolutely amazing! They accommodated us every step of the way from planning to executing this trip! They were always very helpful! The rooms were good! The students absolutely loved the indoor pool and hot tubs! We cannot wait until next year! There are tons of great stops right across the street as well!

The rooms aren’t super luxurious but how much time are you really spending there? Absolute gem for the price (incredibly low prices). Close to the top of the mountain for slopes or trails, great indoor pool and hot tub, and excellent staff. Mary on night shift was a HUGE help in ensuring I had all of my maps and passes for where I wanted to go. Even after I checked out, the cleaning staff chased me down to return my phone cable. Incredible place and I’ll definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean. Night front desk lady very pleasant and helpful. Bathtub/shower was a dangerous nightmare. The bottom surface of the tub was extremely slippery and contoured. NOT even flat. A large hump in the center of the tub that forced your feet to slide. If that not dangerous enough, the shower curtain was 6" too long and kept getting underfoot. The real irony was THIS was a handicap room.

Starting with the good: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was huge, especially for the price. This was an apartment not a hotel room or suite. Easily fit 6 people and looks like you could add an adjoining room for more beds. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and dining room. Ample pantry space and an apartment sized refrigerator. Full stove with glasses, dishes etc. There was a 6 person table and chairs along with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The room had a jacuzzi complete with jets. Both bedrooms were very large. The windows were huge, allowing for a very open feeling. A tv in each bedroom as well as the living room. Hotel was great. Only issue was the mattress in our room. It had a huge curve in it. Needs replacement! Pool and hot tubs were great!
