Inn At Atlantic City Hotel & Banquet

Positive: Room was large and comfortable.Price was good.. Negative: Door to bathroom couldn't open due to hinges pulled out of frame.Screws sticking up from floor.Horrible paint job in bathroom.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The only thing they need to update is the toilet and the shower fixtures. Other than that it was good. The staff at the front desk was very nice. It was quiet. They have a restaurant attached food wasn’t bad at all either.

Staff is horrible rooms always have something broken they never change the sheets horrible customer service price is cheap so is everything else. My TV was broken an it took her 3 hours to come in look at it an then asked us did we turn it on like how else would we know it’s broken clown. The she put the dirty tv on the bed to switch it with the one next door. Y’all how bout she checked someone into the room next to us after she gave us the tv an put the broken tv in that room SMH just don’t stay anywhere In here . I mean as soon as you go to check in it say no refunds as big as day so that means to me services is always horrible ppl always want they money back. Just shut down because all they gonna do is apologize after reading your review an keep it moving with the 20 year old 3 good rev

Nice rooms.... Very clean and quiet .. The people next to us, we'll you could here everything coming out way... We did have our alone time but I know for a fact they absolutely heard our private time

Rooms are nice, however the floors may look clean but 5 mins barefoot and your socks/feet are black. Also, no matter how many days you stay they don’t give fresh linen, lucky if they give you toilet paper. If you request something more than once, the office staff is absolutely horrible and treat you like the no respect. I was told they have a washer and dryer for guest on the 2nd floor and we could wash our sheets and towels HOWEVER THE MACHINE REQUIRES MONEY. DON’T STAY HERE IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING MORE THAN 1 NIGHT IF SO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. NOT TO MENTION THE NOISE FROM ALL SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS AND PARKING LOT HANG OUTS.
