Ink 48 Hotel

I had such a wonderful stay at Ink Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and stylish. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is modern yet cozy- such a relaxing place to unwind! I especially want to mention Nadire, the incredibly kind cleaning lady who truly made my stay extra special. She was warm, attentive, and took such pride in her work! My room was always spotless, and her sweet energy and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Stayed at Ink 48 Hotel for one night during my trip to New York. Overall it’s a very nice hotel. The room was clean, modern, and the view was great, which made the stay enjoyable. Before arriving I called the hotel to ask about early check-in. The person on the phone unfortunately came across a bit unfriendly, which wasn’t the best first impression. However, when I arrived at the hotel the experience was much better. The staff at the front desk and the rest of the team were very nice and welcoming. One thing that did surprise me though were two additional charges on my card ($45.90 and $27.22). I did take a bottle of water and a bag of chips from the minibar, but the amounts charged seem very high for those items. I’ve already contacted support through the hotel’s website and I’m hoping

This was our first time visiting New York and we’re so glad we chose to stay at Ink48 Hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We experienced a minor water leak in the bathroom, and it was repaired within minutes of reporting it, on Christmas Day! ||The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and offers great views of the Hudson River. Its location is excellent, close enough to Manhattan highlights with lots of dining options nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to New York. Highly recommend!

Positive: it was close to times square Negative: the room wasn't clean, the AC didn't work at all, i have tried to warm my room but the temperature didn't go up more than 75 F, there wasn't anything in the room such as no tea maker, no coffee maker even on bottle of water, nothing and None.

It was my partners 30th birthday during the stay, we were greeted at check-in with a smile, a happy birthday and a complimentary upgrade for the special occasion! The attention to detail he provided made us feel truly valued. Excellent service and fantastic management!" The views from the hotel are spectacular.
