The staff will try to scam you if possible. Came down for the Indy 500 and had a reservation I had booked months ago. When I tried to check in, the man running the front desk told me they had cancelled my reservation because the rate for rooms had gone up since I had booked it, and that now they were all sold out. I had received no communication about this, and had not been refunded. He was also unable to provide me with any documented proof of this cancellation. A man behind us in line told us that when he had come to check in, the worker had told him that he needed to pay an extra $100 to get his room. Thankfully, I had booked with Expedia and they were able to find me a new hotel room for no extra charge. I recommend that anyone looking into booking this motel just bites the extra cost

One word. Gross. ||But relatively close to IMS if that’s what you’re in Indy for. If you do stay here, I would suggest bringing a sleeping bag to avoid making contact with bedding. And don’t plan on using the shower. Or sitting on the love seat. Or breathing too deeply.

Positive: I was able to get a room at the last minute. Negative: Bathroom floor was not very clean.

Came to this business to rent a room, got to the room which was lacking in cleanliness. When my partner went to Johnny to ask for our money back we were told that we needed to leave or he would call the cops on us. Johnny came to our room, inside the room and was in my face telling me that my partner and I needed to leave and I would get my money back, but I never received the refund. I called the day the transaction posted in my bank to find out what was going on and Johnny answered the phone, without letting me say anything or acknowledging me at all he told me the company gets their money and he is just a homeless housekeeper that is allowed to stay in a room.

DO NOT STAY HERE I was charge 162 for a room I never stepped foot in I never stayed at this hotel and the front desk clerk informed me that he was only a homeless person getting a free room to ‘charge cards and give room key’ I simply came inside and asked about room rates he said’ give me id and credit card’ I did that he charged my card immediately without telling me how much the room was or how many people could stay . I said how much was my card just charged ? He gave me a receipt and began going back to his room after handing me a key card and receipt I said I was just inquiring about a room I was not given ANY INFORMATION AND YOU JUST RAN MY CARD? I said I do not want to stay for 162 $and he took back my key card and began leaving the office again . I asked how to reverse the charg
