The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I had a great experience staying there. The service was excellent and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The place itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I would happily come back again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star (and that’s generous) I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and feel obligated to warn other travelers. Upon arrival, before entering any room, it was immediately clear that the property was not as advertised. The reception area was dirty, crowded, and poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Based on these conditions alone, I canceled my reservation immediately and did not proceed with check-in or enter the room. In addition to the conditions, the front desk staff member was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. After my payment was taken, I spoke directly with the manager, who was equally unprofessional, dismissive, and not helpful in resolving the situation. Most concerning was the handling of my payment. The hotel is nice, clean, and well located. The staff is polite and helpful. My only complaint (and it is a big one) is that the hotel does not tell you up front that they charge a $45.60 Resort Fee per night. You only find that out after you make a reservation and it is buried very far down in the “fine print” of the confirmation email, well below the area where they list the other room charges. I made my reservation within 3 days of arrival (past the cancellation time) and didn’t learn about the charge until I arrived. The hotel does offer free lounge chairs to use on the beach (which is great) but if you want an umbrella they charge an extra $20. The umbrella is not even included in the resort fee. Positive: "" Negative: When we check in the woman was very nice, pleasant, and friendly. However, upon check out the man was not warm, needs to be more personable, and friendly. I feel being in the hotel business you need to be friendly, not cold nor rushed.

Alba was amazing and so sweet. Not sure if they do this for everyone but I received a complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in. This hotel was also very clean and felt very exclusive. It’s not very visible from the street, which I love because it doesn’t get much attention. I only stayed 1 night before my cruise but I will definitely be back.
