The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I truly enjoyed my stay. The standout highlight of our trip was Alonzo. I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels, and Alonzo’s professionalism and efficiency are top-tier. He handled our requests with such speed and grace that it made our entire stay seamless. It’s clear he understands the industry inside and out. His attention to detail and proactive attitude are qualities you just can’t teach. He made us feel so valued that we’ve already decided this will be our 'go-to' hotel whenever we are in town. If the management team is looking for a model of what perfect customer service looks like, they need to look at Alonzo. The room was a perfect size and we had a balcony with a great view.

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. Good size for two ppl. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda. The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available. The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign. The hotel was a walking distance from Ocean Blvd and also Española Way which is another tourist attraction. Great stay!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay from the room size, cleanliness, and noise level. Imagine back from a 10 hour day and you can enjoy some peace after good dinner. I wanted to specifically highlight the exceptional service provided by Apollo at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and welcoming demeanor truly set the tone for my visit. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of hospitality, and he is a fantastic asset to your team.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The front desk staff were deceptive and unhelpful, and my experience trying to secure a refund was incredibly frustrating. I had purchased a 3-day valet parking pass of $160.50 but canceled it immediately upon realizing it wasn’t disclosed upfront.|When I first approached the desk, the check-in agent refused to help, claiming a refund wasn’t possible. When I persisted, she changed her story and said I’d need to speak with a supervisor the next day. On Day 2, another agent confidently assured me he’d processed the refund and that everything was taken care of. My husband and I traveled to Miami for the boat show and truly enjoyed our stay. While the rooms are on the smaller side and modest, they are exceptionally clean and very comfortable — exactly what you need after a full day at the show. It is evident that the housekeeping staff take great pride in ensuring cleanliness and comfort for their guests. The location is fantastic. It’s within easy walking distance to the conference center, wonderful restaurants, and the beach, which made everything incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel restaurant was exceptional with “half price drinks” Happy Hour daily. The true highlight of our visit, however, was Abdullah at the front desk.
