Customer Reviews
Great location, and very cute inside! All staff members that we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel felt clean and met all of our needs. We had initial hopes for a higher floor assignment but ended up on the second floor, which turned out to be amazing! We had our own personal patio which was so nice to come back to and hang out on when the weather was nice. Loved the complimentary glass of prosecco, too!!
We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Union Square. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. The unique plant growing system in the lobby was a fun surprise! The only downside was that we weren’t informed about ongoing construction (which didn’t bother us much since we were out during the day) and we weren’t sure whether the on-site restaurant was open or able to visit the rooftop. Still, great spot in a convenient NYC location, and we’re likely to return once construction is finished in hopes of a full five-star experience.
Enjoyed a lovely 6 night stay. Rooms were perfect, location is fantastic and staff very welcoming. Even with such cold weather we never felt too cold at night and our rooms were cleaned every day! Special mention to the gents opening the doors for you at the front and to Alejandro for his 5⭐️ hospitality. (Alejandro, I hope you buy that perfume you never failed to compliment me on😊)
Overall a very solid hotel with very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. The rooms are decently sized for NYC and well-appointed with the essentials. I was impressed when on at least one evening there was even turndown service. The shower took a minute or so to have a proper water flow, though the pressure was never all that great.I appreciate having the Nespresso machine and pods in the room.I’m always glad to stay at this property especially because I very much like the location, not in the heart of a touristic area but still with many fantastic places to eat, excellent subway connectivity, and convenient shopping for the basics.
We. Stayed while helping our daughter move into her first apartment. The front desk clerk was super friendly when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely updated. Bed was comfortable, but late in the evening a smell started coming into the room. I’m.not sure what it was but it smelled like acetone or some paint/stain. It felt like it was coming through the vents and it prevented us from sleeping and gave us a headache. We checked out a day early for a few reason, but one of them was as definitely the smell.
