Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

The hotel itself was really nice. I would stay there again. Y During my stay, one of the days, housekeeping barely cleaned. All the person did was throw my duvet in place and did not clean my room. I usually don't have things all over the place but I can tell small subtle things should have been done. But the manager was great and took care of me. I love the acquaintance of the hotel. During my week stay. I was at a conference and I didn't have to walk long hallways just to get to the conference room. Hotel staff overall was great. Prices were PHENOMENAL.

Room was spacious and looked clean. View was great! Bed was comfortable but sheets felt like plastic. Bed was also little wobbly. The bathroom looked clean, small but clean. The shower head could be updated, it was pointing all sorts of directions, and the floor in the tub was super slippery. Husband had to catch my arm as I was getting in, was glad he was standing there. We went to sleep and noticed the room was a little warm. We set the thermostat as low as we could but it wasn’t getting any colder. We slept without the sheets most of the night. By the time we were going to bed it was super late so was too tired to call the front. Honestly hotel itself was nice, clean, good location and views. But the room was our only issue.

What a weird setup for a hotel. It was confusing since we entered on one level but had to go up another level to check-in. The concierge and all employees were extremely nice and helpful but it was confusing. For example: Parking. The hotel is going through a change with parking. I wasnt informed of the (free) process to park in the garage. After one mishap, it was easy even with an extra step. The rooms are great. We had double queens on the third floor. It was very quiet. The room service was one mishap after another. They forgot 2/3 of our simple (burger/fries and wedge salad) order and had to make 2 extra trips to bring thee salad and fries. The location to everything in Tulsa is great. I probably would not stay here again based on price and service.

Our family attended a concert at BOK center. The location of the hotel is an easy 3 block walk, which felt safe even at 10:30 pm. The hotel is clean, spacious, with attentive staff. The on-site restaurant, Avery, was a nice surprise - as a vegan hotel restaurants tend to not work well for me, but this one had delicious food and the waitstaff were very helpful in making sure that I had vegan choices. |They also have indoor and outdoor pools, which were open. |It was a very positive experience.

Positive: The staff was very nice. They were late with our room but only by a bit and they gave us a room credit with a very lovely disposition Negative: The pool was fun but should be renovated
