Hyatt Regency Reston

Central location in the Reston Town Center and has all you need. Hotel room was clean, beds comfortable and bathroom included toiletries. Small in room refrigerator. No microwave, although you can ask for one. 65" T.V. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Capitol Burger, breakfast, lunch, dinner, very good food, and a marketplace that includes Starbucks, sells tshirts, scarfs, cards, candy, etc., a pool & gym are all within the hotel. This ideal location for you too walk around the Town Center. Multiple restaurants, shops & a movie theater. A 45 mile walking, biking, paved trail, Washington & Old Dominion (W&O) less than a block away. No shuttle service to or from the airport. We used Uber. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Reston.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5.0 out of 5 stars||||Short but enjoyable stay! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for our one-night getaway. I loved the extra layer of security with the keycard access to our floor. Hotel check-in/check out process was a breeze. Bonus: the location was prime for hopping in a Lyft/Uber/Taxi to our holiday party at another hotel - literally less than 10-minute heads up and we were rolling! Would definitely stay again!

Positive: This hotel is in a great location and is beautifully designed. Negative: I was woken up in the morning by the sounds of someone playing a video game. I think folks should be allowed to play video games in their hotel room, but they should wear headphones if they are going to play really late or very early in the morning.

Room was great but not the absolute best so left 4 instead of 5. Beds are soft and warm but pillows kinda smallish (but u get like 4 lol). But location in Reston next to so much cant really be beat. The service was good. Capitol Burger is good food but a bit pricey (in hotel resteraunt). But great place to get drinks!

The sweet and personable front desk lady, Farnaz, was absolutely phenomenal! She provided amazing service and she most definitely deserves a raise. Seriously. That being said, I will definitely book here again if I need to stay in the area. Oh, and a comment to the building, everything was wonderful, except an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an exceptional addition. The hotel is right off of 267, very convenient access. You need to pull in front of the hotel first to get your room key to be able to pull into the parking garage, which was free with the room.
