Global Luxury Suites - Living at Reston Town Center

I regret to have to post this. However, It's important that people know to stay away from using global luxury suites when booking. I feel like they are ripping me off for $700. I needed to cancel my reservation due to unexpected circumstances, the host showed zero flexibility or understanding. Not only did they refuse to honor my cancellation request, but they also charged me$700 for nights I never stayed. I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience with Global Luxury Suites. The lack of empathy and poor communication made an already stressful situation much worse. I felt completely taken advantage of and ignored. I strongly urge future guests to be very cautious Based on my experience, I would strongly stay away.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointed with Global Luxury Suites I booked an apartment with Global Luxury Suites in Washington but couldn’t stay due to urgent personal circumstances involving my child with special needs. Despite explaining the situation clearly and requesting even a partial refund, the company responded coldly and refused to make any exceptions. We never even used the apartment, yet they showed zero flexibility or compassion. This was not just disappointing — it was deeply upsetting. If you’re looking for a place that values customer service and human understanding, I recommend you look elsewhere. I will not be booking with them again.

If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would – Horrible Experience! I had an awful experience at Skymark and Global Luxury Suites and would never stay here again. Parking Scam & No Accountability – I reserved parking in advance and was charged $45, but when I arrived, I had to wait an hour just to be told there was no parking available. Instead, I was directed to park five minutes away at Town Center, which was completely unacceptable. I had several pieces of luggage for a four-day stay, so walking that distance wasn’t an option. As a single woman in an unfamiliar area, parking close by is a necessity, not a luxury. They took my money and didn’t deliver what I paid for. They let us check in very late, around 8pm. Deshaun was very kind and helped us with parking. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. The views were gorgeous. So conveniently located!
