Exceptional service and such a welcoming atmosphere! The team went above and beyond to accommodate our family, and they were incredibly kind and patient with our kids, which meant a lot to us. You can really tell they care about their guests and creating a great experience. Huge shoutout to AJ and Aaliyah for taking such great care of us! We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be coming back!!!

They have really good service. I like their swimming pool. The water is warm during winter time. Make sure to ask the front desk for a different key access. We were lucky to be chosen as the guest of the day and their breakfast buffet is awesome. Highly recommend

Had a great experience with my wife on our anniversary- hotel itself was amazing. However I leave this negative review due to headaches associated post trip. I booked the hotel through a third party but was double charged as the hotel itself also charged me.||I called to have this matter sorted out and was told by staff that they were aware of the error and that I would receive an email confirmation and a full refund. ||A week later I received neither, so I decided to call the hotel back to check on the status and was told by staff and management that there was no record of a third party booking (although I had both a receipt and confirmation number) and that in order to get refunded, I would need to have a Priceline associate contact them directly, so I am now currently in the process of

Positive: Beautiful hotel with a huge atrium, nicely appointed room with a big 60 inch TV. Clean as a whistle. Was very pleased overall. Negative: The toilet didn't flush right and the towels were getting worn for a Hyatt. But very minor things, overall it was great.

Overall very nice hotel. Restaurant and lounge area is very nice. The staff members were great, very helpful and cordial. Room was pretty good... the furniture seemed a bit dated. Bathroom was small. HVAC worked well. Large flat screen TV. Small mini fridge. Coffee maker. Hotel itself was quiet. Ample parking.
