Homewood Suites by Hilton Princeton

About a week into my monthlong stay but I had to write a review now because I am just so appreciative of the immense hospitality demonstrated by every member of the team but especially Alyssa. She went out of her way and got creative to help me problem solve when I got snowed in during my stay. It’s not often you see such compassion and I am so grateful to be a recipient of it. Thank you again Alyssa! I hope she gets recognized for her exceptional customer service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and enough utensils to warm food up etc. Breakfast was standard continental which can be improved. Location is good however too dark on the road specially when raining. Stayed 1 day for a short visit. Will stay agailn

Alyssa was very welcoming and engaging when I spoke with her during my check-in and check-out process. The lobby and room was clean and overall very quiet.

This is by far one of the best hotels! Super clean and convenient to all major stores. The front desk staff IDA is so full of life and joy! She greeted me so warmly and made me comfortable. I will surely return pretty soon!

A few days ago we came crashing in for an impromptu stay and, BOY did Sandy take excellent care of us. It didn't feel like going to a hotel - felt like we went to someone's home and she graciously took care of us. Even came by the next morning at breakfast to say hello. No doubt we were in excellent hands during this short stay. I wish all hotel concierge staffers worldwide followed her lead. Mr. Nassetta, if you're reading this - promote her immediately.
