Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

We stayed here Valentine’s Day weekend to attend the NE concert. The location was perfect and close to tons of restaurants. The staff was great and the complimentary punch was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. However, I have two complaints. The toilet was a child size toilet low to the floor. A toddler could sit on it with no problems. How could they possibly find this acceptable? The noise from the open lobby and restaurant area was annoying. We could hear everyone’s conversation and dishes being placed on tables. They need to soundproof the rooms/doors. We were on the 4th floor and heard everything. If you stay here ask for a floor above 9 or so and pray the noise does not travel that far. I would give this place another try but only if I get a room on the highest

We were in Baltimore to attend a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium and greatly enjoyed this hotel and it's proximity to the stadium and city highlights. We arrived far before the 4PM check in time and requested to store our bags, but were offered the ability to check in early for a fee which we happily accepted. We enjoyed a great view from our 12th floor room, and the room was clean and cozy. We had a couple slight hiccups (broken TV remote and missing hairdryer) which were very quickly remedied with calls to Guest Requests. Staff were ever-present and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We appreciated the Market which was open from 6AM-9PM and offered grab and go dining options, including carry out alcoholic beverages, and even a small selection of Baltimore souvenirs, Orioles, and

Positive: The cleanliness as well as the lovely ambience Negative: You can hear the people next door doing ordinary things like flushing toilets, running water. Surprised me because the room itself was perfect.

This property has a very centralized location with gorgeous views over the inner harbor. The food was very good and the service was even better. I was checked in by Jen, who was absolutely lovely and even had a curated list of the best food in the area. Overnight Jamal helped answer all of my questions and was very polite despite the late hour. During checkout Cortez was very polite and thorough. I can tell this team cares about the guests and represents the best of Hyatt.
