Customer Reviews
the front desk girl was very nice!!! the room was clean...the location was acceptional. i would recommond to stay here!
Great location. Room is modern without spare space. No safe for valuables. Staff were kind and helpful. They gave us an upgrade room with a Space Needle view. Breakfast was so so. Hyatt Place provided what we needed without breaking the bank.
The room we had was spacious and had a nice view of the Space Needle, but the bathroom had very little room to move around in. Thankfully, the linens and towels were clean upon check-in. The lobby, however, had a stench of puke and chemicals. It never went away during our weekend stay. We decided to forgo the complimentary breakfast because there was no way we could eat with that stench in the air. The location is good if you’re mobile. There’s a Walgreens across the street, an 8 min walk to the Space Needle, and a 21 min walk to Pike Place Market. We felt relatively safe walking at night before 8pm.
The hotel is nice. Its clean. The staff was friendly. But they never once mentioned a $45 charge for overnight parking. If they had said something then I would atleast not get a surprise on my room cost. I expect there to be tax on the room so I figured I may pay a little more then the advertised price. When I booked and at check-in the price was around $260. When I got the bill it was over $320. I was never informed of a $45 charge for overnight parking. Ive never been charged for parking my car at a hotel I'm paying to stay at. I could see them charging people that need to park but aren't staying there. But if I'm paying for a room I don't feel it unreasonable to expect to be able to park my car there without a hidden fee. I could even understand if I was renting 1 room but had 2 cars if
Stayed here for a bday, it was nice that they give you a little birthday gift bag with some treats. It is a little misleading THERE IS NO POOL apparently hasnt been one for years and they "claim" that they cant do anything about it, its merely a fitness center. If you're reading this, let me tell you about the parking. Dont park at the hotel parked across the street from the hotel right by the Walgreens. It's only seven dollars a day. if you can find parking. We didn't like being rushed out of our hotel before the time was up for check out. She knocked twice and it wasn't even 11 yet. Never experienced that. Also, the remotes barely work, all you have is cable.
