Customer Reviews
I'll start this review off by saying 2 things: 1. The staff here are great and none of these issues are with them but 2. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. ||||We booked a king room through a 3rd party for one Saturday night as a layover for a long road trip. Immediately, we were told they had no king rooms to put us in. We were told that this may have been an issue with the 3rd party company and were told our only option was to take a double which is a significant downgrade but understood nonetheless. The double mattress in our first room literally sank in the middle and was not even close to a "sleep able" mattress so we asked to switch. We then got put in a second room only to be across from what looked like underage kids drinking and smoking at 10pm. We asked about qui
Solid place for a reasonable price. Large rooms, sufficiently comfortable. Bed sheets were a bit itchy. Big shout out to staff member Rosario who lent me utensils for a carry out meal. She was very kind. Student groups from other ivies occupied much of the hotel the night I was here. They were a bit loud but not unreasonably so. I might seek something quieter in the future.
For a Hyatt product, I was a bit disappointed how the amenities were a bit outdated. The carpet had stains on it. It was just not as great but customer service was top notch. The front desk staff and the management was extremely kind. The hotel amenities needs to be upgraded.
My godmother, Angela Corbett stayed here and asked me to write a review on her behalf. Angela stayed at the hotel from 2/21/26- /26/26. During that time, the area was hit with over a foot of snow. While the weather is beyond the hotel’s control, how they choose to respond to it is not. The hotel did a suboptimal job at plowing the parking lot and when the plowing was completed they managed to plow snow in behind guests cars leaving them stuck in their spots. Angela ended up having to pay an employee from the restaurant who was able to shovel her out after their shift was finished. Additionally, room service did not come to her room on the day before she checked out.
I spent one night here for a work trip and enjoyed it. I appreciated that there is a bit of a separation between the living area and the bed area. The rooms are very spacious and we're clean and modern. It's across the street from a shopping center and nearby to other shopping centers so easy access to food, grocery stores and big box stores for things you might need.
