Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Fishers

This hotel was booked for me for a business trip. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was excellent. Right out the front door there is a walking area with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

My fiancé and I recently got married and needed to block 20 to 25 rooms for our wedding guests. As a former frequent guest who loved this hotel, I was excited to start the process here. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales manager handling room blocks for weddings and events was the worst by far compared to the seven other hotels we visited. We initially walked in around January/February to inquire. The sales manager (an older Caucasian woman) immediately gave the impression that she was completely uninterested in helping us. Barely a minute into the conversation, she informed us that another wedding party had already booked a room block, and it felt like she just wanted us to leave. She did not sit us down. The rooms are nice but I would like a microwave in the room. Besides, just the refrigerator. It is a great location. Nice area to walk around shop and eat some different types of food. It has a salon and spa area definitely add, IKEA and Kroger grocery store, too.

Excellent hotel, cheerful/courteous/helpful front desk, with gym, pool, option for hot breakfast, conference rooms, plenty of desk spaces, spacious rooms with microwave, mini refrigerator, in-room safe, sofa seating, etc. Their paid hot breakfast has a huge selection & is worth it. Proximity to Fisher's district, top golf & other attractions is so convenient. The only reason for 4 star on rooms is due to a little lapse of thorough check between check outs to ensure next customer does NOT go thru inconvenience & a 'temporary' lack of key entry on exit doors (1) We had a huge water leak/spill on bath floor & room lobby after taking shower due to the shower door bottom sealer being put upside down by prior customer (according to their maintenance). Positive: The hotel location was perfect for the event being attended and the surrounding amenities made the time in the area even more enjoyable. Being able to stay in a beautiful hotel that was not outrageously priced, made the whole trip perfectly lovely! Negative: Not a single thing!
