Comfort Inn & Suites Fishers - Indianapolis

Stay here for the weekend when my kids had swim meet. Very clean, room is nice and quiet, we had very good sleep at night, customer service was great, and the price is very reasonable. We will be back again if our kids have the swim meet again.

Positive: Room was very clean and comfortable. Negative: The only issue we had was room temperature. I set the thermostat at 65 degrees and the room was still too warm.

I am pretty certain that the bed sheets were not actually changed in between guests. The reason I say this is there was what looked like hot chocolate or some brown liquid on the underside of the bed sheets and also all the way down on the bed skirt and the side of the end table next to the bed. For the beverage to still be on the actual bed sheets in the way it was as well as be on the bed skirt and side table indicate to me that the spill happened after the bed was already made up, which absolutely feels like the bed was just remade in between guests not actually changed which is super gross. Additionally, when I showed the dirty bed sheets to the front desk and asked for the bed to be changed, I was handed sheets to do it myself. So I did, but that's pretty poor service in my opinion. I

Overall, it was a great stay and experience. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was not anyone available at check-in upon arrival. Myself and 1 other gentleman had to wait at least 10-20 minutes to get checked-in. Both the building and the room were very spacious and well cleaned; I especially enjoyed the location of the facility as I was able to quickly get to the expressway for the places I needed to go. I would return again.

I booked this because of the mostly positive reviews about how clean it was. That’s important to me while traveling with young children. Upon arrival I was informed the elevator was down and the only rooms available were on the third floor. This was a little logistically challenging with a baby and toddler to try to carry them and all of our gear up and down several flights of stairs (so if you’re in a similar situation with carriers, etc., maybe call and check the status). I asked if there was a lower floor but there wasn’t and I had already paid. When pulling back the covers to put toddler to bed, we found food crumbs and hair all over the inside of the bed sheets in our first room, which was concerning.
