If I could give this a negative rating, I would. Unfortunately, due to the huge winter storm, we were not able to make the trip safely. Because we booked through a third party, as mandated by the event we were supposed to attend, we were not offered the option to cancel the room. We were charged the first night. The third party, through email and several phone conversations, shared that due to the weather event, the hotel had the option to release the rooms without fees and cancelation charges. There were many denied attempts to communicate with the manager and the blame was placed, repeatedly, on the third party company. Was me and my mother staying at this hotel the appearance looks nice but boy was we in for a surprise about 2 hours later I get a phone call from my mom in her room that she found bed bugs. So l rush over and yup blood stains on the inner sheets and bugs crawling on the covers. I told her get her stuff and we are out of here. We go down stairs and the young lady at the front desk was very unpleasant and not a bit worried about it. I travel 300 days a year and I usual only stay in hiltons and Marriott's for this exact reason. The low budget hotels I don't trust them with their cleaning habits. Only reason I stayed here was because my mom had points. So just beware if you're at this hotel check your sheets.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning cooled the room down quickly. Negative: I checked in to find multiple 5-gallon buckets placed to catch drips from a leaky roof. I was too tired to say anything to the front desk right then, but I mentioned it while checking out and was completely ignored. The staff member changed the subject.

We went overnight down in Indy for concert. Fishers was just enough of a drive that we weren't stuck in downtown Indianapolis. The reviews looked great, so we took it. Very sorry we did. We got in the room quickly changed in her clothing. We were changing in to and headed out for the concert and left. Got back late crashed. When to get up in the morning to take a jacuzzi bath only to look down and notice that the jets were filthy with mildew all around ALL the jets. It looked like it hadn't been washed quite some time real well. Thank god, we were just heading home afterwards. So we skipped the shower. This hotel was very clean, and had lots of amenities. The front desk staff, and management are super friendly. They were able to assist me with everything I needed or asked for. My questions were answered clearly. The breakfast was hot, and I enjoyed the waffle maker. The housekeepers working hard in the rooms always gave me a friendly smile, and hello when I walked past. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling solo, or with family and friends.
