Baymont by Wyndham Fishers / Indianapolis Area

My husband and I were unable to find a higher-end hotel on such late notice in the area, so we were very relieved to find a room for the night. We were pleasantly surprised--first of all, shocked by the (approximately) $70 price. I believe the facility has been remodeled recently and our room was nice. Breakfast was ordinary and okay, but I have no complaints for such a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Worst experience. Went for a mother daughter weekend and booked the 3 room suite. I was not to happy to find out it was under construction but I could live with it. Then found out the pool was closed which was something my daughter was looking forward to using. The room had some issues. Mirror cracked, no trash can, hole in counter where sink was, light out in bathroom. Pull out mattress was soiled. TV remote in one room did not work but again I could live with it. Second TV did not work and called several times for assistance. Had to actually go to the front desk after making 2 calls and almost 3 hours later. When I go to the front desk at about 11:30pm there was a new person and I had to explain the TV issue again. The 3rd shift person was nice but not able to resolve issue. He said he w

A friend and I stayed here for a concert earlier this month. We reserved early in the year and got a great rate. The staff was amazing and friendly even when the lobby has at least 50 people declaring rooms in a fully booked hotel. Room was well kept and the breakfast was great. I was extremely pleased with my stay and will continue to book with Baymont Inn and Suites along with recommending them. The only down fall was I forgot a very special necklace there-- nowhere to be found in my luggage. I called the hotel, they took my information and said they would look for it. However, they couldn't find. Though I have a hard time believing it isn't there, it was my fault for forgetting it. In the end, I definitely recommend this hotel!! We checked in on a Thursday with the understanding we had a room w/two double beds; we didn't. We had the king and a twin size pull out. The hotel was completely booked, but KC pulled through for Friday night and got us a roll-away bed for my 12 year old. It was very helpful. The room was not completely vacuumed, so that could be worked on; but the ladies at breakfast are very attentive. Overall not a bad stay. Need to understand how they charge the rooms. Our CC was charged for the Thursday nt stay and also for 3 add'tl nights stay. We hope after a call to the hotel today that the 1st night hold will be refunded. I see where others had this issue and it wasn't corrected. I will pay attention to my account. Thanks, KC

My wife and I stay here regularly. Any problems we have ever had the staff has insisted on fixing for us. The ladies at the desk always know us and greet us, this staff definitely remembers the little things! Breakfast is good, rooms comfortable. Nothing against Baymont but this property is much nicer than many Baymont’s, you’d never think it was one. Great location always feel safe here
