Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree

We had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt/ Boston/Braintree! Our guests stayed in this location and were treated so well by the entire helpful and friendly staff. In addition, we held a wonderful Wedding Brunch in their hotel event rooms. The catering area of the hotel did a wonderful job of preparing, organizing and displaying the food in one room while our guests were able to take their meals into another room to sit down, socialize and enjoy. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, kindness and care shown by Lin, the Executive Event Manager, and by Camille, the Sales Director, in arranging the many moving parts and the logistics of this special event. It's convenient, near shopping stores and restaurants. Been here before, had no issues. It's clean. Decent breakfast in the morning. However, expect to get woken up by dog barks in the next room, because I was not at 8-8:30am. And also loud banging/ running around from other rooms and above at the same time. I guess you can say it's a dog and kid friendly place. Aso half the outlets/lights weren't working. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. So it wasn't worth the hassle on switching

Positive: Friendly staff. Negative: Reserved ADA disabled access room but none available despite notifying hotel of late arrival.Toilet would not stop running all night. Complementary breakfast did. last until closing time. Insufficient handicapped parking.

We had a worker called Rome, he was such a delight! Fun but safe and we enjoyed our experience! The location is awesome, as well as the rooms! It was very affordable and clean! Very peaceful and there was a fitness center, pool and breakfast! Overall the best experience and hotel I’ve visited, thank you Hyatt place and a special thank you to Rome!

I would love to give this place a 5 star review because of the team that works there at the front desk. We came in after midnight and were greeted with smiles and happy people. Definitely will be back because the place left a great impression. 4 stars because of the Bathroom which wasnt cleaned properly and was out of everything needed for showering, yes I mean everything. No lotion, no gel and no shampoo and after midnight you just dont feel like walking around to get stuff. That was the only negative. The place is in a great location, with plenty of food options around, shops and great proximity to highways.
