Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay at the Hampton Inn Braintree! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to the general manager, Selina, who truly goes above and beyond; professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making guests feel at home. Also, the front desk agent Shayna was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and made check-in smooth and pleasant. Their excellent service really sets this hotel apart. Highly recommend!

The hotel offers a favorable location and reasonable pricing. However, the fitness room is subpar, super hoper small with 2or 3 people inside is completely full, no comfortable and smell horrible. The breakfast is basic. While the overall experience is positive, there are a few areas for improvement.|One notable issue is the lack of a key room at night. If you forget your key, it can be a frustrating experience. The staff may take a considerable amount of time to open the main door and may ask numerous questions. Additionally, the rooms are locked after 11:00 PM, which can be inconvenient, especially during weekends.|Despite these minor drawbacks, the staff has improved significantly.

The first two mornings, the breakfast was pretty delightful. On the third morning, there was a group of hockey kids there and absolutely destroyed the breakfast bar. The employee attending to the breakfast bar did not clean up the mess. People were walking in syrup and waffle batter, as she sat in the side room on her cell phone watching videos. Shower curtain in tub valves have not been maintained. Dripping in shower,and shower curtains, drooping, not latch to walls very well.

The hotel , costumer service , and breakfast was good. However, the mattress was dirty and unclean with different kinds of stains. To me this was disappointing and disgusting that I was lying on this with my children during our stay. 🤢 Management didn’t seem to care. Other than that the hotel was convenient and located near the mall.
