Positive: Location Negative: Atmosphere, lack of items included in the room, lack of grab bars in the shower, overall did not meet our expectations for a long stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, largely because of the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Kim and Amanda truly stood out for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail—they made us feel at home the entire time. The hotel was clean, well organized, and had a warm, pleasant atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again.

Amanda the manager is awesome, friendly, accommodating and very professional as well as personal Mable and willing to help out quickly with anything. Brice is the best front desk person I have ever met. I’ve been here for over two months and he has always been friendly, helped with anything problems and always said with a smile “ good morning and enjoy your day”. it really gets your early mornings going great when the first people you see greet you with a smile and are genuine about it. They are both GREAT people and are a HUGE asset to this hotel. Thank you for making my stay feel like home. ♥️

I stayed at this hotel for one night and there was an issue with the condition of the room I stayed in. I did not report anything due to the fact It was late at night and I was very tired, but the next day I received a call from Kim, who sincerely apologized and explained that I had been mistakenly placed in a room that was not intended to be occupied. Kim was very professional and took full responsibility for the situation. She went above and beyond by providing a full refund, which I truly appreciated. Although the situation was unexpected, I was very satisfied with how it was handled. The customer service and communication were excellent, and I appreciate the professionalism shown in resolving the matter.
