Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

We now prefer to always stay at THIS Hyatt every time we visit Disneyland Park, and it never disappoints. It’s just a few blocks away, convenient, and much less crowded than other hotels in the area, which makes it perfect for our family. My kids absolutely love staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the food is great, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. After a long day at Disneyland, it’s so nice to unwind with a drink, and Yesenia is an amazing bartender—she’s incredibly talented and makes the best drinks. She’s one of the reasons we keep coming back! The staff is always friendly and greets us with a smile. (Berenice is so sweet! Works front desk) We’ve stayed here about five times now and have never had a single issue. Highly recommend this hotel

Chose this hotel for two reasons, it is within walking distance to Disney and it had bunk beds allowing our 3 teens to have their own individual bed. The breakfast was also really good, with lots of cold and hot options. I believe there was no extra charge for parking either unlike a few hotels closer to Disney which charge for parking in addition to the hotel price. They do housekeeping every other day but we asked for it two days in a row and they accommodated. Over all a very good experience, would stay here again!

This hotel was very clean, quite and great location to walk to the Toy Story parking lot to take the shuttle and go through security for Disneyland. Only about a five minute walk to get the Toy Story Parking lot. The breakfast was great for my family to have before going to Disneyland. It was a good variety of foods, yogurt, eggs, sausage, cereal etc. It was clean and tidy. We had positive interactions with the staff, who were welcoming and helpful!

Great Hotel, great staff and a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot where a free bus ride takes you to Disney Land and back. Bring a heavy blanket for the room because their blanket is as thick as a sheet. Also, the bathroom door is stained glass where shapes and colors can still be seen. The parking spaces costs 40 a night as of Jan 26 and are tiny. Breakfast is mid, but they have options. All said I would stay again.

Positive: Great price. Location was reasonably close to the parks. Staff were great. Negative: Our bathtub did not drain properly. The room was not super clean. I understand it’s kinda meant for families but kids were stomping directly on the floor above our room at midnight.
