Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown

The perfect location for a week-long stay central to most attractions. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our 2 queen room with small kitchen and sofa was spacious, clean, and featured a view of the legs of the Space Needle. The hotel is so close to the Space Needle you can only see the top when standing at the window looking up. Breakfast is very good.

Desk staff were friendly and personable. The room was satisfactory and fairly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from the Space Needle and the monorail, close to public transit, and within walking distance of Climate Pledge Arena. The rooftop garden was a highlight, with plenty of fireplaces, comfortable seating, and an excellent view of the Space Needle.

Really nice hotel next to the Space Needle. The room we stayed in was a suite which included a kitchenette. The beds were big and comfortable and we slept well. There was a little bit of ‘family’ noise from other rooms, but it wasn’t a huge problem. It was a little pricey for us, but definitely worth it, especially for the wonderful free buffet breakfast (although I was surprised there was no bacon). The front desk staff were fine but not particularly friendly. I do think that staff should spent a little bit of time explaining some of the hotel’s features and rules. It would have been helpful to hear it rather than just to be handed a piece of paper and asked to “read this”. But it’s a minor quibble.

By far, one of the best customer service I have ever experienced through any hotel I have stayed at. The staff was amazing at providing recommendations, room service and all around friendly. The hotel was 2 steps away from the space needle and had an amazing view. I would definitely recommend checking out this hotel if you are ever visiting the area. 5/5 Ps... The pizza is definitely worth trying, I promise you will not be disappointed. ;)
