Hyatt House San Diego/Sorrento Mesa

The room, the staff and the location were so great! I loved the suite room! I felt like a boujee girl and I was able to work in my room with no issues. The living room was comfortable and the bed was comfy! I loved my stay and will be staying here every time I stay in SD! Thank you to the front desk and housekeepers for being so attentive and caring.

Positive: I loved every aspect of our stay. My 10's in the above survey are real 10's Negative: The only thing I DIDN'T like was having to leave, although I was only scheduled for one night.

What a nice hotel and very reasonably priced. I paid just over $200 (including taxes and fees) for a one-bedroom suite on a high floor and was very pleased with the stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and placed me in an ideal room. I would absolutely stay here again. The only knock is that you’ll need a car to get anywhere from the hotel.

We stayed at Hyatt House for a girls’ weekend and had such a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was provided each morning — such a great way to start the day. Safety and a good night’s rest are so important to us, and this hotel delivered on both. The highlight of our stay was Alan at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and set the tone for an amazing weekend. His customer service skills are truly exceptional — attentive, responsive, and always going above and beyond whenever we needed anything. He’s also funny and very personable, making every interaction enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. Alan is the definition of outstanding customer service. T

I usually stay across the street but the price was cheaper so I tried the Hyatt… obviously. Service was great. I got a king suite. It was spacious and came with a full kitchen and full fridge. Extra closet in the living space. The couch is also a pull out and there is a TV in both the room and the living room. Clean and breakfast was standard. I enjoyed the French toast sticks surprisingly. The service was great at breakfast. They really keep the place clean! Recommend!
