The front desk team is gracious and professional. Check in was a breeze. Some tasty food options, just steps from the hotel. The hotel has had extensive renovations for the better. Management is both intuitive and proactive in ensuring you have a great stay. Breakfast team works hard to keep things clean and fresh. The hotel provides excellent value in a relaxing setting. I look forward to returning.

There were plenty of drink options, and I loved that the milk, apple juice, and orange juice were set on a chilled pad—such a neat feature. The food was better than the typical hotel breakfast too: French toast (a nice change when most places only do waffles), delicious scrambled eggs, and I appreciated that they served sausage patties instead of bacon. Our room was spacious and perfect for our setup. We’re a family of 6 with two dogs, and the small kitchen, plus the doors separating the beds from the living room/kitchen, space made a huge difference. I recently stayed at the Hyatt House in Cypress/Anaheim with family and had a generally positive experience, though there are a few areas that could use improvement.||Room:|The room exceeded my expectations in terms of space and comfort, but there are a few things that would have made the stay even better. First, I would have appreciated a dishwasher, as that would have been really convenient. Also, while the bathroom had the basics, there was no lotion provided, which I feel is a standard amenity in most hotels.||Wi-Fi:|Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was slow, and there was no password required for access. Nobody told me the hotel was under construction, and the noise from the day care Nextdoor was loud, my boyfriend works nights, so getting a good sound sleep during the day is not easy. So other than that it was decent. Breakfast could have been better.
