Hampton Inn Los Angeles-Orange County-Cypress

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Ana, our breakfast attendant. She greeted us warmly in the morning and truly set a positive tone for the day. Ana consistently offered fresh breakfast items, made sure everything was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, and was always attentive without being intrusive. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for. Ana is a true asset to the team at Hampton Inn by Hilton Cypress, and we hope management knows how amazing she is!

Positive: Loved the Staff...They went above and beyond to meet our needs.... pretty rare in todays world.... Kudos to them! Negative: Hotel was great... Only issue we had were with guests staying above us that made noise ALL night long.... We had to change rooms and the staff was great about it!

this is a wonderful property from start to finish. the room was very clean. |dana at the front desk was amazing with my check in. |every morning i looked forward to the continental breakfast offered. ana was on top of everything. she made sure all the food was great tasting and kept things stocked and clean. |will be staying here again!

Great value and location. Good selection for breakfast, but start running out of food by 8.40am. That’s not hotels fault but rather saw many families walking away with many plates loaded to the brim. Great WiFi connection, well maintained gym room. No issues with parking. Hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day long. Clean and spacious lobby. There is no water refill anywhere but staff was always ready to provide bottled water for free.

My family and I stayed e at the Hampton inn in Cypress, Ca. Upon arrival we thought the hotel looked clean & welcoming. Dana had cookies prepared for guest. Check in was a breeeze. We had a decent rate. The room was not as modern as it expected but the appliances worked and the room was clean. The breakfast area was clean but woman who ran the breakfast area had a negative attitude and made breakfast less pleasant. Though she worked hard and kept the space clean. Overall we truly appreciated Dana’s ability to make the space feel welcoming. My daughter thought she was very kind and insisted we leave her a thank you card! Thank you again! I think the place needs a little update in the rooms and I noticed a tore in one of the couch cushions in the breakfast area.
