Courtyard by Marriott Cypress Anaheim/Orange County

We had an excellent recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Cypress, CA, and we would like to commend the entire team for a seamless and enjoyable experience.||The reservation process was efficient and simple, and upon arrival, our room was ready before the scheduled check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Check-in was smooth, pleasant, and handled with professionalism.||Our stay was completely issue-free, reflecting the team’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Checkout was just as easy and hassle-free.||Because of the consistently positive experience, this has become our hotel of choice whenever we are in the area, and we confidently return each time. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such high standards of service. We highly recommend this property.

My family had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard in Cypress. We had 4 rooms and they were all in excellent shape. Staff were outstanding! Sarina at the front desk was accommodating and personable in every interaction we had. Location was great too! The property was clean! Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property!

I can never get enough of this great Hotel. Everything here is great! Check in, rooms are always clean, laundry room, weight room, pool, bistro, lobby, hallways and even the elevators! I checked in and there was a long line, employee Ms Mavis always stand out! She handled it with calm, smiles and just handled it with greatness! Thank you Mavis and staff! The good: Everything is quite clean, the room is spacious, the rolling desk is useful, and the chair is quite comfortable. Most importantly, the front desk lady is very nice and very accommodating.The breakfast isn't complimentary, so I did try. Can't tell if it is good or ok.Things need improvent include: the sink in bathroom has faul smell once the focet is open. A constant noise from some kind of machinary can be heard from the room

I recently celebrated my high school reunion here and everyone had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful which made our experience even more memorable. The one thing that really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. It all began with my first visit and meeting with the event coordinator, Pamela. Her smile was just as big as her heart. It was obvious that she had a passion for serving which is very rare nowadays. While going over the contract and options for our event, she was very thorough and patient. Ms. Pam is an asset to this hotel. Many people lack communication skills and down home comfort.
