Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The staff service was outstanding from start to finish. I would like to specifically recognize Noel at the front desk. He was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in a timely and courteous manner. His customer service made a noticeable difference in my experience. Overall, highly recommended—great rooms, excellent service, and exceptional staff like Noel who truly elevate the stay.

Valet and front desk staff were nothing short of amazing. We didn't use valet service but they were still very welcoming and helpful. Room 1001 looks out over the top of the parking garage and city view. The room was super quiet. Too quiet for us so I resorted to a sound machine app. Not a downside as people usually really love a quiet room. The pillows were really flat and we all struggled with them. If you like fluffy pillows or soft cozy blankets, take them with you. The blankets are starchy sheets with a thin blanket. Not a huge inconvenience, just a preference. Mini fridge was essential, as was the keurig style coffee maker. The room was very clean, the hotel was super convenient to what we were there for. Very nice very clean hotel. Staff is great, especially at the bar. I used the workout room every morning and it was always clean and well stocked with towels and wipes. The equipment was new and worked great. || Only issues we had were bed pillows - 2 very small square pillows for a king size bed. Throw pillows on couch were easily twice the size of bed pillows. However, a quick call to the front desk and within 5 minutes I was handed several more so we were taken care of. Water pressure in the shower was inadequate but still usable. Overall I would stay here again for sure - very clean, well appointed for the cost. Location in midtown is great.

Positive: "" Negative: I did not like how the adjacent parking garage made hotel guest park on the top floor which isn’t covered. You then had to walk gown a flight of stairs with your luggage then take the elevator down to the first floor. The was no covered entrance to hotel

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It is conveniently located near our family in a very easy area of midtown to navigate. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We had a junior suite which was perfect for 3 (parents, young adult son). Housekeeping was great, they cleaned everyday and refreshed the towels. Will continue to stay there when we travel to Atlanta.
