it looks like it needs to be condemned.
Don't be fooled by the photos. They were taken in 2010. This place is just one step above a shack full of bugs and bad things. I bet Norman Bates would not even stay there.
Looks like a good place to fish across the road. Motel and rv park look really bad. Would make a scene for a good horror movie. Star is for the boat dock across the highway
When I walk by, it always smells kinda bad, and looks run down. People's dogs get hit a lot in the area so tbh, it's kinda a shady atmoshpere to me.
Had lots had lots of friends that live there they seemed like it must be a real nice place
