Hurricane House Resort, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club

Small resort so never crowded. Staff extremely friendly and condos have been updated nicely. Parking directly under the building with reserved space for the unit. All units are two levels with full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, etc. All units face the ocean; could not be happier with the whole week.

Hurricane House was originally a mom and pop cottage motel going back at least 70 years. About 25 years ago it was developed into a small timeshare resort managed by Hilton. We have been staying there (and now owning) for 65 years. This is a wonderful place to stay or to own. The timeshare prices are reasonable, and the maintenance fees are far less than it would cost to stay in a comparable 2 BR unit. And the ocean/gulf views are amazing. The staff is wonderful, they are like family. If you are looking for one of the best places to stay or own in Florida check out Hurricane House. You will love it.

1/26/25 Great location. Very quiet. Didn't see any children during my stay. Mostly older adult couples.

We travel quite frequently but rarely leave reviews…just never seem motivated to. That said, our stay at Hurricane House compels us to leave one. Both good and bad included for full disclosure.|| ||We, as Hilton Grand Vacation (HGV) members, can travel freely and stay at numerous properties around the country and the world. Hurricane House works with HGV to allow HGV members to use some of its “condos” when the actual owners choose not to use them. That is how we ended up at Hurricane House during the first few days of September 2021.|| ||There are 15 units at Hurricane House and we were given one of the two story units (#6). We were aware that this is an older property but Hilton is pretty good about only offering its members quality accommodations.|| ||OK….the good first:|| ||Check

We have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly. The beach is a short walk away. The view of the Gulf is awesome. The interior of the units has been recently upgraded with new furniture carpet and a remodeled kitchen and bath. It's always relaxing here.
