Wannabe rappers make noise here. Can’t sleep and it’s dirty. Not worth it
Great place and good people. Would recommend to anyone looking to park their trailer for a low and reasonable rate. Jim, and his wife Alice are the sweetest old folks you can know. Genuine good people.
This place has a not so good reputation. But the owners have done a real good job weeding it out. I visit an x step dad there. And it is in continuous improvement
Very well kept for the age of the establishment quiet even as close as it is to public roads and just a unique hillside setup that lets you see the Cascade coastal range from your front door
Jim's on that place for years got a lot of good friends up there in that Court always have a special place in my heart for that area and on the hill old Huckleberry Hill
