It's in a rundown area with a lot of homeless people walking around.
Ok. First off. It's under New Ownership it's Gated. Affordable. A Diamond in the rough. This is a 55+ park. Owner owned mobile Homes. Property is multi unit with 2 Duplexes and 18 mobile home spaces. I just signed a Lease here and I am glad I did. Strict management and Maintained. Thanks
My second favorite location on this planet, having spent majority of my adult life either here or at University. Rather boring chronology, yet absolutely zero regrets. Dr. Merlin Keith
