We were on the road, booked 1 night on December 7th 2025 through Windham website. Paid in full when booking. We arrived around 10pm. The host opened the office door and we checked in, she was nice, one card key worked the 2nd one didn't work, internet no connection, the room was a big time disappointing, not clean, 3 medium size towels, 2 pillows only , no shampoo, floor not clean, early morning construction started at 7 am ( Which doesn't state on the website), we couldn't take good sleep. We checked out around 9.30 am, and hit the road. After few days I was checking my credit card statement found out that they charged me $18 dollars and other charge $ 21.83, I don't know what is it for. Contact the hotel, the host told me that it doesn't look right and she would reverse the charg

Positive: The front desk receptionist Negative: The plastered holes in the ceiling , the 2 old dirty pots in the kitchen, outdated furniture, torn ragged bed skirts, towels stained and old, the toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole upon arrival. The entry door was dirty, cob webs with bugs trapped

There not bad of a older motel most rooms has kitchenettes nice for long term stay rates are reasonable location is great too. Easy access to 138 diamond lake to I-5 .🤗

Bathroom shower curtain moldy. TV did not work. If room door left ajar, it swings wide open on its own. Room clock stuck on one time of day. Bed had only one thin blanket. kitchenette: floor was dirty. Kitchen pots unsafe because Teflon badly peeled. Only one cup and one glass. No washing implement. Cooktop exhaust fan broken. No bar stools to fit counter bar. |Good was the car charger, even though overpriced.

I don’t even know where to begin. I stayed here with my boyfriend and this hotel was disgusting from the moment I walked in. The lobby reeked of a weird combination of mildew, cigarette smoke, and something I couldn’t even identify — maybe old takeout? That should have been my first red flag. When I got to my room, it somehow got worse. The carpet was sticky (yes, actually sticky), and there were visible stains that looked like they had been there since the early 2000s. The bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed in weeks — musty and unclean. I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets fully clothed because there was no way I was getting under those covers.
