Hemlock Lake Campground

1st time here, such a beautiful and peaceful place to go. I thought I was going to be hot at night sleeping but it was nice and cool. The water temperature was perfect, I was afraid it would be too cold. My soul left recharged and at peace. Thank you. There are toilets nearby, a designated place for swimming by the dam and a boat ramp at other end. No gas powered boats. $10.00 camp fee $5.00 for extra car per day. Thank you to my wife for picking this place. Best camping I have had in years. 7/12/2025

A perfect lake. The campground is nice, although I did spend the better part of an hour picking up micro trash. Remember, only trash leaves trash.

The restrooms were locked, very sadly. The lake was nice and the trails were easy to navigate. Large camp area with nice fire pit. Fair price we stayed 2 nights.

What a great campsite! Loved it. A bit of a trek out to the site but the lake is gorgeous and the fishing seemed to be good. Be aware there is no water so bring your own. There is also a lot of travel trailers that perch up here so a lot of generators if you don’t mind the noise then this is a great spot!

We stayed for 9 days in mid to late Oct. Beautiful lake and lots of great trails. We saw mule deer and a black bear. I would go back for sure! Bring your own water.
