Eagle Rock Campground

Loved this campground. First time here. I'd give it 5 stars, but the smell from the pit toilet wafted through our site most of the time.

Really nice campground. Spots are situated far apart from one another which makes it really a relaxing environment. North umpqua runs right by a lot of the spots (the spots are elevated a bit above the river). Also, shout out to the ranger who drove down to Dry Creek to call AAA for us the next morning when the starter in our Jeep went out as there's no cell service for miles around.

Fantastic campground. My camping spot was on the N. Umpqua.

Unusual granite formations along the North Umpqua River, this one is currently called Eagle Rock but I’m sure the natives called it something else. Close enough to Crater Lake to make a day trip and close enough to Roseburg to run into town for whatever, it’s a lovely place to pass a few days and nights. No water, pit toilets with picnic tables at each site. One group site with two driveways. Reservations through Recreation.gov are the way to go.

Pretty great campsite, all is well except my girl kind of hated the amount of bees in the area. She’s extremely allergic and basically had to run around all day to avoid them.
