I would give it ZERO stars if that was an option. Room was dirty which could have maybe been overlooked had the bedding not had hair, yellow stains, and BLOOD all over them! Absolutely disgusting. They did refund the money but charged us a $25 cleaning fee (simply ironic given the fact the room was never clean to begin with).

This Howard Johnson hotel barely meets standards. If you need a bed to just sleep and shower only, then this budget inn is it. It’s a well worn property that still has maintenance problems like no public bathroom in lobby, sewer smell at night in hallway in on 1st and 3rd floors, old worn room amenities and peeling paint and patching along walls. Room layout with 2 queen beds was spacious for 3 people. Outside sink from shower+toilet room was convenient but had no towel rack. Tub had many cigarette burns and door was hard to open/close. Outdoor pool was closed. ||Continent breakfast was dismal. Choices extremely limited like waffles, wheat bread, biscuits, watered down gravy, bananas, coffee, tea, hot water, orange juice but no regular water.||Front desk was polite but brief to help when a

I booked a stay at this hotel and canceled like 5 minutes after I booked it when I arrived. This was due to me booking online and not knowing the condition of the hotel, until I got there. The room condition was bad and it smelled like pure smoke. The manager on duty told me that he would give me a full refund and assured me that would be no problem. Well, he lied and decided to keep almost a $150.00 and refused to give it back. I will never book a room here again, and I will notify other people as well not to. Bad customer service! Do not lie to your customers. A bad experience!

Great experience. Staff very friendly. Rooms super clean. Clean towels everyday. Laundry room on site. Rooms cozy. The bed and sheets very comfy. Table and couch inside the room. Plus, microwave and small fridge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive: The staff was very polite and accommodating. The location was perfect for what what I was in town for. Negative: I was a bit upset to see the pool closed, but I know pool maintenance is expensive and many hotels are moving away from having an active pool.
