Avoid at All Costs – House at Phipps is a Total Disaster Where do I even begin with this train wreck of a property? If you’re looking for a real Atlanta experience—complete with dirt, grime, and the unmistakable scent of stale marijuana—you’ve hit the jackpot at House at Phipps. First off, the cleanliness (or complete lack thereof) is breathtaking. Filthy bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas greet you like old friends who’ve never seen a mop. The floors? A delightful mix of hair, dust, and random debris—clearly no one here has heard of sweeping or mopping. If you enjoy the soothing sound of non-stop barking, you’re in for a treat! Pets are apparently welcome here, and so is their noise, 24/7. But hey, who needs peace and quiet on vacation? Oh, and the electrics—absolutely top-notch. P

I think the place is nice ,convenient, quiet and safe . I've been here since October .Cameras everywhere and multiple door code boxes so it's safe and we have a gate so im happy here .And my tired was flat one morning and the super George came to the rescue 5 stars
